A Classic Peruvian Cocktail. Grape Brandi type combined with lime juice, simple syrup, and an egg white. Originated in the hotel Mauri in Downtown Lima.
Traditional peruvian Sunday breakfast. In pre-Hispanic Peru, corn was a mediator between men and the gods of the Andean worldview.
Honey molasses boiled with cinnamon stick, cloves, anise, orange skin. Mixed with croutons, almonds, raisins and fresh cheese. Garnished with shredded coconut.
